The scene! Occasionally I look around and realize I am part of a "scene" and it warms my heart as someone who's nostalgic for scenes he didn't experience, like the 70's punk scene or the 80's post-punk/DIY scene or the 1951 World's Fair "All Music Will Someday Be Distributed On Punchcards!" scene. I get to think, hey, some day some skinny kid with too-long hair and too-tight jeans will wish he'd been around for the early-21st-century New York comedy scene. And true, most scenes, if you went back to them, were probably lame, and probably just cool with the benefit of hindsight to edit out all the noise and canonize the awesome. But my scene is cool and fun now, and there's significantly less hard drug use and girlfriend-stabbing.

Chris Gethard and Zach Woods made this series of videos called "The Most Awkward Boy In The World." Every one features a cameo from some killer UCB person. I love them more and more with each one they release. It's cool to think they're buidling this alternate-universe New York where everyone is a weirdly insane dick.
